The information available on the Web Site relates to Hidden Village Resort, situated at Sakhroli Village, Taluka Shahpur, District Thane, Maharashtra.

USE OF SITE
The services of this Site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. By using this site you warrant that you are legally authorized to make the travel reservations for either yourself or for another person for whom You are authorized to act.
You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand. This Site is to be used by you for your personal use only.
You accept that all Information provided on the Site is general information about Hidden Village Resort and is not in the nature of advice. Hidden Village resort may from time-to-time update, modify or add to the Information, including these Conditions and absolutely reserves the right to make such modifications without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site.

RESERVATION
Please make advance reservation via telephone to ensure room availability.
Advance in Cash deposit, online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation.
Rates displayed on the site, include stay, meals, usage of all facility and taxes.
On check in to the Village, please present at the reception a valid photo ID i.e., Aadhar Card, Photo driving license, or any photo ID card issued by Central/ State government.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Hidden village is a small property and every cancellation that lowers the room occupancy especially on weekends and long holidays matters.
Reservation that is sort to be cancelled (for ordinary working week days i.e., Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday, no public holidays or long weekends) if informed (24 hrs) 1 day before, a one-time postponement/refund will be at Management discretion.
Cancellation requested before 9 days for groups with multiple rooms block-booked for Fridays Saturdays Sundays, public holidays & long weekends will get full refund.
Reservation that is cancelled before 6 days for 2-3 Adults for a single room, before the date of arrival will get full refund.
Reservation that is cancelled before 4 days before the date of arrival, will be given a one-time postponement to be used up within 60 days from that date. Refund on management discretion.
If you fail to arrive at the Resort on the arrival date, with no prior intimation of your change of plans, the entire reservation will stand automatically cancelled, no postpone no refund admissible.
We also follow a policy where in if the cancelled room get booked by other Guests, our back office connects with the guest who cancelled (Status no-refund basis) offering them a postponement. Over the last decade many of our frequent visiting guests have had the benefit of same. However, if the room is not sold on cancellation, then this considered exception to the rule will not apply.

REFUND
All permissible refunds will be processed in 5 to 7 working days.
